What should I do immediately after my pet passes away at home?

Please take a few deep breaths and know that we are here to support you. Keep your pet in a cool room, wrapped gently in a favorite blanket or towel. Contact us immediately. We provide compassionate guidance and can arrange for the respectful transfer of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic.

Do you serve areas outside of your primary location?

Yes. We proudly provide pet cremation and afterlife care services to families throughout South Texas and the Coastal Bend. Our primary service areas include Corpus Christi, Rockport, Portland, and Victoria, as well as the surrounding local communities.

What is the difference between private, individual and communal pet cremation?

Private Cremation: Your pet is placed individually in the cremation chamber. Their ashes are carefully collected and returned to you in a memorial urn of your choice.

Individual Cremation: Your pet is placed in the cremation chamber and separated by firesafe bricks after being identified and catalogued to ensure that you only receive your pet in return. Their ashes are carefully collected and returned to you in a memorial urn of your choice.

Communal Cremation: Several pets are cremated together in a shared space. Because the ashes cannot be separated, they are not returned to you. Instead, they are scattered respectfully in a private, peaceful setting.

How much does it cost to cremate a pet in South Texas?

The cost depends primarily on the size/weight of your pet and whether you choose a private, individual or communal cremation. We strive to offer affordable options to ensure every family can give their pet a dignified farewell. Please contact our compassionate team for a transparent, specific quote.

How long does the pet cremation process take?

The cremation process itself typically takes a few hours depending on the size of the animal. For private cremations, we generally have your pet's ashes safely returned to you within 2-3 business days.

How can I be sure I am getting my own pet’s ashes back?

We use a strict, secure tracking and identification system from the moment your pet enters our care until they are returned to you. This rigorous process guarantees absolute accuracy and gives you total peace of mind that you are receiving only your beloved pet's ashes if you choose to receive ashes back.
